  • 何かが名詞(N)の典型的な性質や特徴を持っていることを伝えるのに使われる文型。

例文

  • 夏(なつ)より冬(ふゆ)のほうが、北海道(ほっかいどう)らしい景色(けしき)が見(み)られる。
    In Hokkaido, the winter scenery is more typical than in summer.
  • 木村(きむら)さんは、本当(ほんとう)の気持(きも)ちをなかなか言(い)わない。日本人(にほんじん)らしい人(ひと)だ。
    Mr. Kimura doesn’t often express his true feelings. He’s very Japanese-like.
  • 今日(きょう)は暖(あたた)かくて、春(はる)らしい1日(にち)になるでしょう。
    Today is warm, and it looks like it’s going to be a spring-like day.
