な形容詞

さ形(けい) (名詞化(めいしか))

  • な形容詞の活用形の一つで、形容詞を名詞に変換し、その形容詞の持つ性質や程度を表すのに使われる。
  • さ形にするには、な形容詞の語幹に『さ』を付け加える。

例文

  • あのレストランの静(しず)かさが気(き)に入(い)った。
    I liked how quiet that restaurant was.
  • 会社(かいしゃ)で働(はたら)くときに大事(だいじ)なのは、まじめさだ。
    The important thing when working at a company is being serious.
  • 漢字(かんじ)の複雑(ふくざつ)さは、日本語(にほんご)を勉強(べんきょう)する人(ひと)たちを困(こま)らせる。
    I started living alone and realized how important my family is.
  • 一人(ひとり)で住(す)み始(はじ)めて、家族(かぞく)の大切(たいせつ)さに気(き)が付(つ)いた。
    After I started living alone, I realized how important my family is.
  • 東京(とうきょう)の便利(べんり)さに慣(な)れているので、田舎(いなか)は住(す)みにくいと思(おも)う。
    I’m used to the convenience of Tokyo, so I think living in the countryside would be difficult.
