さしあげる

  • 動詞『あげる』の謙譲語特別形。
  • かしこまった場で使われ、話者自身（話者に関連する人やものを含む）の何かをあげる行為について話をする際に、謙遜の気持ちを表す。

例文

  • 部長(ぶちょう)の誕生(たんじょう)日(び)に、ワインをさしあげるつもりです。
    I plan to give wine to the department head on his birthday.
  • （メールで）来週(らいしゅう)の会議(かいぎ)の日程(にってい)について、ご連絡(れんらく)をさしあげました。
    (I am) contacting you about the schedule for next week's meeting by email.
  • アンケートに答(こた)えてくださった方(ほう)には、プレゼントをさしあげます。
    We will give a present to those who answered the survey.
  • お電話(でんわ)をさしあげるなら、何時(なんじ)ごろ、ご都合(つごう)がよいでしょうか。
    If I were to give you a call, what time would be convenient for you?
  • 卒業式(そつぎょうしき)で、先生(せんせい)に花束(はなたば)をさしあげました。
    At the graduation ceremony, I gave the teacher a bouquet of flowers.
