もしも

  • 条件文や仮定文であることを示す副詞『もし』と、強調の助詞『も』の組み合わせ。
  • 副詞『もし』よりも、実現の可能性が低い条件文や仮定文で使われる。

例文

  • もしも明日(あした)世界(せかい)が終(お)わるなら、家族(かぞく)とおいしいものを食(た)べたい。
    If the world were to end tomorrow, I’d like to eat delicious food with my family.
  • もしも学生(がくせい)に戻(もど)れるなら、もっと勉強(べんきょう)していい大学(だいがく)に入(はい)ろうと思(おも)う。
    If I could go back to being a student, I would study more and try to get into a good university.
