Keigo (Honorific)
いただく
- A special form of kenjogo (謙譲語, humble language) for the verbs "もらう", "食べる", or "飲む".
- It is typically used in formal contexts to show humility when speaking about the speaker's own actions (including people or things related to the speaker) of receiving, eating, or drinking.
