Present Negative sentence
- A present negative sentence of an い-adjective is "いAくない + です", which is used to deny or negate a current state or condition of the subject in polite style.
- To form this sentence, place the stem of an い-adjective followed by "くない", and add "です" to the end of the sentence.
- It can be replaced with "いAく + ありません" in a formal context.
