Keigo (Honorific)
うかがう
- A special form of kenjogo (謙譲語, humble language) for the verbs "行く", "尋ねる", or "聞く".
- It is typically used in formal contexts to show humility when speaking about the speaker's own actions (including people or things related to the speaker) of visiting, asking, or hearing.
