は (Emphasis)

  • One of the uses of the particle "は" to emphasize a particular location, time, or context by combining with another particle.

Example Sentences

  • 日(に)本(ほん)では、家(いえ)の中(なか)で靴(くつ)を脱(ぬ)いでください。
    In Japan, please take off your shoes inside the house.
  • 天(てん)気(き)のいい日(ひ)には、朝(あさ)、散(さん)歩(ぽ)しています。
    On days with good weather, I take a walk in the morning.
  • 山(やま)田(だ)さんとは、会(あ)ったことがありません。
    I have never met Mr. Yamada.
  • ここからは、チケットを買(か)った人(ひと)しか入(はい)れません。
    From here, only people who bought tickets can enter.
